I’m sure at some point or another in life, we’ve all experienced a moment of unavoidable boredom and subsequently found ourselves doodling on a piece of paper in front of us to pass the time.

How interesting and captivating some simple doodles and lines on a page can become when there’s nothing externally distracting you and you’re able to sit and fully focus on the simple task in front of you. I know I've personally graffitied countless pages in my time, especially when stuck in lectures or meetings I was not personally interested in being in.
It wasn’t until later in life that I learned that some people do this as a meditative practice.
