1. Fear meets determination
Bullets penetrated the ground around them, the deafening sound of gunfire dominated the formerly quiet field.
The corporal looked at his men, desperately trying to find some cover in a shallow ditch. One tried to return fire but was quickly forced back into cover by the overwhelming enemy fire.
They were pinned down in the middle of a field, unable to return fire, and the enemy was closing in.
The corporal looked at his equipment and seeing no other option, decided to revive a weapon from the past.
