Where to find the best Guinness in London

A few weeks ago, I wrote about how my relationship with alcohol is changing. Well, at the risk of sounding like a liar, I want to write a story about one of my favourite drinks.

Guinness.

Creamy, succulent, rich but ever so light, Guinness. A beer so complex that it tastes different in every pub. It has the audacity to show off the level of care that has been taken over it, turning to a watery metallic mess when it’s neglected and oozing like thick ice cream over the glass when it’s looked after well.

The nitrous adds a lightness to that sweet taste of coffee, chocolate and stout, together creating an earthy, round flavour that’s thick and full. Sweet nectar.
