Week 10 was also quite exciting! Right on the heels of my trip to Edinburgh, I took off the next weekend for London, England. I have only been to London once before — in 2018, for a few days after Christmas. I went with my family: mom, dad, and sister. It was such a magical time and it gave me the itch to go abroad that I was never able to fulfill until now.
This time, I went with my roommate, Emma. We flew out of Cork on Thursday, October 19th and landed in London that same night. We took a taxi to our hostel and promptly fell asleep. The next morning, we woke up early, and walked across Tower Bridge to get to the Tower of London.
