finally, “getting dangerous” gets great on console with a proper HOTAS (HandsOnThrottleAndStick)

As i am a keen Elite Dangerous Player on Xbox and an old-fashioned joystick user (started with WingCommander in my early days), my desire was to use a HOTAS for this game too. Therefore, i bought a Thrustmaster HOTAS One, which is the only official supported Joystick as for today (i know, Honeycomb and a new “Thrustmaster FS2020” is coming, but they are not my weapon of choice).
As the build quality is very bad, the Thrustmaster HOTAS One started to fail after 2months, producing jitter in almost all analog axis. So, i decided to look out for another solution and this is what i came up with:
