I’m feeling a little down for not meeting my goal of posting every other day. It’s been 5 days since my last post. The funny thing is, my last blog was about publishing. Maybe I jinxed myself. I do that often. Maybe it’s burnout or something else. Anyway, here’s my plan to solve this situation:
- I’m going to allow myself to rest whether that means staying in bed and reading a book or watching my favorite shows again.
- Freewriting
- Limit screen time. I could be experiencing screen fatigue.
- I need to clean my space. For me, a clean space also helps clear my mind.
- Drink hot tea with pumpkin spice cookies.
Hopefully, by posting this, I’ll have the ball rolling again. If you are also feeling the same, I hope this helps.
