I watched Netflix’s Leave the World Behind last night.
I can’t say I was massively impressed but it was still an enjoyable watch. Slight spoilers ahead but I won’t be giving anything major away.
During the film phones go down, GPS stops working, and most technology we rely on? Becomes useless.
There are some moments in the film, where the characters acknowledge just how woefully unprepared they are for a situation like this.
It got me thinking. If something like that happened today? I would be well and truly fucked.
