This Winter Solstice has packed a bit of a punch to it this year.
The mood is tired, slow, intentional, and has all of us contemplating various aspects of, well, us. The Winter Solstice, in an energetic sense, has always felt like a pause in time. This seems to be a moment in the year where everything slows down, things seem a little dark, the outside is literally dark, its cold (most of the time! not so much this year in Canada!), and the holiday season always brings up a surreal amount of different emotions, feelings, and attitudes.
If your feeling some type of way right now about everything, you are right where you need to be. Whether they feel like good feelings or bad feelings or a bit of both. Its all relevant at this moment in time.
