Early one January morning, a charming and dynamic Pamela Weller, gave our business correspondent, and me a tour. Most stores, restaurants, kiosks, and amenities had yet to open. The Pandemic had not spared anyone, but Bayside seemed to be on the rebound. “I remember when only a handful of visitors wandered by,” Pamela Weller said, “and now we can see the place bustling again, especially on weekends and holidays.”
