I moved to Amsterdam 2 weeks ago to start my new life. The city is not a whole new place to me as I traveled here a year ago in Sep 2022. However, being a resident can be another story when it is compared to being a tourist.
So, what does it look like to move to Amsterdam?
There are lots of chores to run in the first 2 weeks after arriving. Opening a bank account, applying for a resident permit, and finding a house. Every experience is a new topic to me as this is the very first time I started living in a whole new city abroad (if the experience of a long staying in NYC doesn’t count).
