If I had a dollar for every company that told me they were planning to roll out Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) I’d be a millionaire.
Ok, I’m exaggerating for effect but ERGs certainly seem to be ‘the new black’ when it comes to creating belonging.
This is especially true since post-2020 DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) budgets were slashed and DEI appears to have more than just a slight PR problem.
