I wish I could proclaim that I’m at my peak during my runs, but the truth is, I often find myself restarting and diligently making up for lost time.
Occasionally, I encounter setbacks in my journey, and it’s not uncommon for me to experience feelings of guilt. At other times, I simply lace up my running shoes and hit the earth trail as a way to escape the daily chaos and commotion.
I run in the nearby forest, where I immerse myself in another realm, surrounded by greens and nature’s welcoming hood. I sometimes witness squirrels gathering nuts, or geckos running after insects.
