I had a boat ride of a lifetime down Rio Lagartos in the Yucatan, Mexico. There were four of us in a small boat with a river guide. This was a side activity that was part of a road trip through the northern part of the Yucatan.

Before we did much of anything, before even going out for a meal in the early evening, we went for a walk after a longish day spent in the rental car. We then ate and retired for the night as we had an early start the next morning.
