Hinterzarten is a resort village in the famous Black Forest, which covers a big part of the state of Baden-Württemberg. The small village gives home to 2,608 people and was founded in 1148. The area around Hinterzarten offers a variety of outdoor activities, such as hiking, skiing and cycling. Hinterzarten is also known for its 4-hill ski jumping complex. In the following blog, I will share some impressions from my recent trip to Hinterzarten and hope that you can just feel like you had a small trip to this beatiful place in the South of Germany.
