Getting forklift certified is easy to do. It’s usually just a matter of watching a few videos and taking a test. If there are forklifts, backhoes, or any other types of machinery at your job, ask to be trained on them. Do you have family or friends that own a backhoe, tractor, or Bobcat? Ask them if they will teach you how to operate them. Once you have learned these skills, you can add them to your resume.
