If you go to just one dessert cafe, make sure it’s this one! Sulbing specialises in Bingsu, a Korean shaved ice dessert and offers a variety of toppings from strawberry to brownie to matcha. I opted for Tim Tam which was incredible with shaved pieces of timtams and chocolate sauce.
They also do a range of other desserts, such as Slice Rolls, Waffles and Honey Butter Bread. Or if you’re thirsty, they offer a wide range of drinks including Toffeenut Latte or Korean ‘Ade’ drinks with flavours like White Grape and Hibiscus.
