This time last year, I was 6 months pregnant and unbeknownst to me, about to embark on the most life changing year of my life: motherhood and the Included VC Fellowship. Until then, I had been running my consultancy, Clear Voice, helping startups create high-performing teams by optimising their current workforce.
I wanted to break into VC because having worked in “start up world” for some time, I could see that VC is where the change happens. That’s where the decisions are made and that is where I can make the most difference by facilitating brilliant founders.
