1. Politikens Boghal: This bookstore is located in the heart of the city at Rådhuspladsen 37, 1550 København, Denmark and it’s a part of the newspaper Politiken. This is my favorite bookstore for new books without a doubt. There are two floors of literary heaven. It often has great deals on english books and the store is easy to get to by public transportation. It offers a wide range of Danish and international literature, as well as a good selection of English-language books, non-fiction, and children’s books. They also have a café and event space where they host book launches, readings and other literary events.
