I should start this by saying I’m having a very basic Saturday night. I’m two glasses of wine deep and finished the second season of The Hills: New Beginnings. It is *that* basic.
In my basic escapades, I gave myself a ground breaking manicure. It had me thinking: Why are we still going to the salon?
Now let me caveat: in the current state of our world, I won’t advocate cutting jobs. And for that reason, if you can afford a manicure and the time to go to a salon, please go for it! But I can’t, so I found an alternative.
