Don’t get me wrong, the thought of opening a color-coordinated closet filled with items I actually want to wear (and are ethically sourced of course) gives me the chills in a good way.
But for most people, myself included, they’re an entirely unrealistic concept, from the cost of building one in the first place to the fashion sense required to pull it off.
Thankfully, there are alternatives, ones that will see you owning fewer items, shopping less, and enjoying what you wear, without the restrictiveness of a capsule wardrobe.
