After a long week of talking to kids and parents, I found an iPhone that had gone missing at church and had it returned. Just before Sunday service, I was approached by a concerned congregant.
“Are you going to call the cops?”
“No. Why would I do that?”
“Because he stole something.”
“But he gave it back.”
“But he needs to learn a lesson.”
“And what lesson is that? That if he makes a mistake and then corrects it, it doesn’t matter?”
