Your mixed appearance could explain your body dissatisfaction (or satisfaction)

Body dissatisfaction, or a negative body image, or poor body esteem, or simply negative feelings and evaluations of one’s body— happens due to a plethora of reasons. You may be surrounded by a body image climate; you might have experienced trauma as a child which has contributed to your low global self-esteem and feelings of self-worth; your friends may have been appearance-focused; the media you consume was most likely misogynistic; your family members may be the kind to communicate about bodies and faces and judged your worth therein; you may have had negative interpersonal experiences such as appearance teasing, and you may internalize various ideals… you may self-objectify too, especially if you’re a woman.
