- Ascent — Ascent is a digital well-being app that adds a barrier to your most distracting apps to give you a second to rethink if you actually need to use the app. The app's basic feature is free but provides many customization features under its premium subscription. It also has a feature to remind you when you’ve been using an app for too long. It has a focus mode built in as well.
2. Cartogram — This app lets you download and apply digital wallpapers to your phone or tablet’s home screen and lock screen. There are tons of styles to choose from and they are fully customizable.
