Gothamist recently reported that New York themes, specifically Brooklyn ones, are popping up all over Paris. The photos in the story show it all: there’s a Brooklyn Cafe, a Brooklyn bar, pervasive hints of the “hipster” Brooklynite aesthetic disrupting the Parisian vibe.
This is actually a trend that Vice noticed two years ago when a writer and France found that Brooklyn was synonymous to “trendy” in France, with younger people following a Brooklyn style, adopting everything from the beards to coffee shops and more.
