Really, how reliable are “anonymous sources” and “close confidential sources”?
I’ve always thought about this when I read news articles, and I started young. But this question popped up in my head back in 2019 when I read the article “It Seemed Like a Popular Chat App. It’s Secretly a Spy Tool.” by the New York Times.
It was written by Mark Mazzetti, Nicole Perlroth and Ronen Bergman.
