It was sometime in July I began contemplating starting up an adventurous hiking website. Perhaps the heat of the day had gotten to my head, or maybe it was the prospect of digging into a brand new novelty idea.
But anyway, with a single observation, my co-founder made me reconsider everything:
“Cool idea… but, who wants to go hiking in November?”
“Damn…”
Actually, the conversation was a lot longer, and we uncovered all sorts of obstacles in the way of success. But the main issue always came back to:
