In my opinion, loosely, “achievement should be rewarded” and “let the symbol of victory go to him who has deserved it”; a frequently used motto, came into my mind when entering such premises. What many individuals simply do not understand is that hard work will always be rewarded, and at the end of the day hard work conquers all. Especially while having a property empire in Dubai, UAE, where I invested over one million dollars in cash, it can happen, every now and then that I will have to hand over car park access cards, or carry a bucket of water, or two from one apartment to another, where people would even ask me whether I would be working in maintenance, and truth to be told, this may and just have happened just a few hours after I was sipping champagne in one of the lounges, prior departing to a long-haul flight.
