POOM PHASE 1 PUSH

Yo, here’s the structured plan for Poom so we can execute this properly

Poom: Structured Plan & Vision Guideline

1. Establishing the Lore

First, we need to build out Poom’s lore—its origins, characters, and overall universe. This is going to be the foundation that everything else is built on. A strong, cohesive story will guide the art direction and strengthen the brand identity.

2. Creating a Directed Art Vision

Once the lore is set, we’ll use it as the framework for all artwork. Instead of putting out random pieces, everything will be tied to the story. This means defining the style, color schemes, and thematic elements that will give Poom a unique and recognizable aesthetic.

3. Bringing in Lucky Degen as the Artist

With the lore and vision locked in, the next step is approaching Lucky Degen together. We need to present the plan clearly, get his creative input, and see if he’s aligned with the vision. If he’s on board, we’ll discuss financial agreements and structure everything in a way that makes sense for all sides. The goal is to have him help execute on this lore and bring Poom to life visually.

4. Structuring Content Output

We need to agree on a set number of art pieces to be released per week to keep things consistent. This ensures we maintain engagement while also keeping the quality top-tier.

5. Execution & Community Engagement

Once the content schedule is in place, we roll it out in a structured way—tying every piece of art back to the lore. At the same time, we engage the community with storytelling, teasers, and interactive content to build hype and momentum. We’ll also be collecting feedback and iterating as needed to refine everything.

6. Scaling Up & Growth Strategy

As Poom gains traction, we’ll explore ways to expand—whether that’s through merch, collaborations, or NFT integrations. The goal is to stay adaptable while keeping the core vision intact. With QE coming soon = moon season, we need to be positioned to capitalize on the momentum.

7. Maintaining a Strong Floor

While all of this is being set into motion, we’ll also arrange a floor buy-up to help maintain a stronger floor. This will provide stability and ensure Poom has a solid base as we execute.
