The people of the town are looking to have their traffic tickets dismissed as the officers who wrote them are out of a job and question the validity of an official statement by officers who have been subpoenaed.
More than half of the officers had a history of misconduct but were brought to the roster by the police chief.
The question I have is: How did this happen? How did the police chief have the authority and funds to employ so many officers in such a small town? It was quite clear their intentions on expanding the police force, and that was to separate the town and passersby from their money.
