I teach leadership reading:
My mother died unexpectedly from a heart attack in 2012. And to heal my broken heart, I did something that I love. Reading was the clear and unquestionable choice. I created a read-the-world challenge for myself. Whenever I read nonfiction, I had an eerie sense of déjà vu. Haven’t I read this before? Through research, reading books, and taking courses, I developed a course that teaches senior level executives to read strategically, instead of sequentially. Doing this, they read what they need to know. It’s just-in-time reading.
