Ingredients:
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 large eggs
• Water (as needed)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and eggs.
- Mix the ingredients until they come together to form a dough. If the dough is too dry, add a little water, one tablespoon at a time, until it becomes smooth and pliable.

- Transfer the dough to a clean, floured surface and knead it for about 5 minutes until it becomes elastic and smooth.
- Shape the dough into a ball and cover it with a clean kitchen towel. Let it rest for about 15–30 minutes.
- After resting, take a portion of the dough and flatten it with your hands.
