Hello, I’m Anahi Cruz Bautista, a 23-year-old Angeleno and proud descendant of Oaxacan parents. Having worked with the Momentum Solutions team for the past year and a half now, I wanted to dedicate my first blog piece to a team that’s shown me great respect and appreciation.
I joined Momentum Solutions in April of 2022, a month before receiving my bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley. As I’ve grown alongside this intentional, equity-driven team, I’ve strengthened my network and reaffirmed my skills and capabilities. I’ve also had the opportunity to connect with several amazing clients with similar social impact-driven goals. One is the Pandion Music Foundation, an incredible non-profit where I now work full-time. In addition to the career orientation I’ve received, I have learned a couple of impactful lessons from the Momentum team that I’d like to share:
