The workplace is changing as the new generation is arriving.
Gen-Z and millennials expect more form the workplace then their boomer counter parts as there has been a shift in their priorities. The younger generation is more focused on the overall well-being of health, whether that be mental or physical, the ethical principales of their employers, and diversity. As gen-z and millennials now make up roughly half of the full-time work force in the United States, companies should follow suit and understand what changes need to be made in order to address the needs of their employees.
