Embracing the Dawn: Start your Day with Purpose
Be prepared to rock your day the moment you get out of your bed.
Scan your calendar & list up 3 to do’s you need to finish before lunch, 1 TED talk you will watch & how you will get your daily 10k steps.
Bonus points if you already make your preparations the day before.

- Meetings only in the afternoon — when you have less energy, and, after you finished your 3 to do’s
- Check your mailbox only after finishing your 3 to do’s list up higher
- Put your phone 1 meter from your keyboard, this will make it more difficult to grab it real quick without disturbing your co-workers
- Leave your phone at your desk when you go for a coffee
- It’s OK to let your mind wander, but use your to do list to get your mind back on track
- Jot down random thoughts or things to do on a blank piece of paper next to you. Use your afternoon to process that list.
Finally, get some time to go outside for a walk or run.
