When people come to me, they have a specific request. They ask for my help to meet a challenge or to achieve something.
They arrive carrying the problem and want to find a solution to it. They do not come to discover themselves. They do not come with the primary goal of improving their understanding of the world.
The difference is crucial and we must not forget it.
We do coaching and most of them have profits and results. They find answers, make decisions and take action.
Sooner or later however they get to that point…
