Kris Fowler’s life path was changing in 2016. Nothing bad, just…changing.
Kris was 34 years old and he had not only recently gone through a divorce- an amicable one- but he left his job when the company moved out of state.
Where would Kris go from here?
He wasn’t very upset, however, in fact, he was excited about the new experiences and changes that were coming his way.
Kris had always grown up loving the outdoors and hiking, and now that he was single- and unemployed- he felt this was the perfect time to embark on a challenge he had always wanted to attempt. Kris wanted to thru-hike the entire Pacific Crest Trail. A hike that would take him over five months to complete, and a hike that would cover over 2,000 miles of majestic beauty from the southern tip of California up to the Washington State/Canadian border.
