Airbnb data allow us various doing spatial analyses. The dataset has latitude, longitude, price, number of people accomodating etc. In this article, I used price data to see the mean price distribution of neighbourhoods.
The dataset was obtained from Inside Airbnb. I used listing.csv and neighbourhood geojson format.
I worked with the Istanbul dataset. Because I live here and I know some of the neighbourhoods here. You can choose any city you prefer. Because Airbnb data is monthly I used October 2020 data for Istanbul.
