I was feeling quite tired around mid 2018. I was coming off of a really stressful role managing technology at a large company with a lot of legacy challenges. Career-wise, I really needed to shake things up. More importantly, I had just gotten married and wanted to say goodbye to all the interstate travel I was doing on a weekly basis. So, I quit my job and decided to spend more time in Sydney and focus on something inspired to work on. I met some wonderful people along the way and some of them have become very good friends.
The CEO of Coverhero, Naby Mariyam was one of them. When she asked me if I’d like to work for Coverhero I was curious. When she asked me whether I would like to collaborate on defining a new way forward for Coverhero, I was excited and overjoyed.
