Fashion relies on a constant renewal of ideas, a continuous “delete and refresh”, if you want to use those words.
Fashionistas, magazine editors, buyers, and ultimately the consumer want to see newness every single time they check their Instagram feed. Off course this gets a bit though. There are a lot of brands out there, but also there’s a limit to what one can do with fabric, silhouette and colors.
When you look at the runwayshows that have passed in the last couple of weeks (or are still happening as we speak), I get the impression that nothing is really new anymore. I’m not even talking about the “finding similar inspiration sources”, or the blatant copying…
