As I had absolutely fallen in love with Prague by this point, I was pretty sad that I’d come to my last full day there — and I wanted to make the most of it. I started off with a hearty breakfast from Den Noc, a pancake restaurant recommended by the guide on my walking tour on the first day.
It’s in Old Town, so quite conveniently located, yet it’s on a quieter side street which means it isn’t so packed with tourists (or at least wasn’t the day I went there). And the food was amazing. I ordered one of their savory pancakes — a rather unusual concept for Americans, who usually smother pancakes in maple syrup.
