A welcome return for a number of the Saints’ favourite sons combined with other exceptional acquisitions has given the St Kilda Football Club a strong foundation for the 2023 season and beyond.
The current Saints team is already playing with the Ross Lyon methodology.
His hallmark is to be defensively disciplined all over the ground, and when you can, take ground off the opposition.
