I found the booking process unnecessarily difficult and complicated. After an hour and a half of competing with the website crashing, I finally managed to book two tickets. Due to the multiple reloads of the website the price fluctuated quite a bit, but through resetting my cookies and IP address, I was able to lower this again. During the booking process I was required to input my passport number, however it didn’t ask for my travel companion’s details. I had to wait until a week-day to call their UK office; when I offered my friend’s passport information they said that it wasn’t required. I found this odd, however, as promised, when we arrived at the airport, everything was in order.
