The first day doing the bootcamp we were asked to choose one topic among a list and learn about the process, which is based on learning by doing.
This was the first time I was approaching a problem as a UX designer. The team I was in, was composed of 4 people which created a multicultural and different aging environment with completely different types of backgrounds.
The task consisted on finding a way of being more efficient and eco-friendly for the public transportation system in Barcelona. We began by doing some research and collecting all the data that could be useful for having a deeper knowledge of the topic. Once we gathered all the data we started to categorize it, and following it we made a round of 16 interviews.
