How Starbucks Built a Company One Cup at a Time

These are my notes from Howard Schultz’ “Pour Your Heart into It.”

It’s a wonderful book by a fantastic leader who always acted with the best intentions for the company and the customer.

If you are interested in Starbucks or how to build a consumer company, I highly recommend this book.
